MOT Type 1 supplied in an 800kg bulk bag, ideal for creating strong, stable sub-bases for driveways, paths, patios, shed bases and general groundwork.

Made from crushed limestone or granite graded to a consistent specification, MOT Type 1 compacts down to form a firm, load-bearing surface. It is commonly used beneath paving, concrete, tarmac and other surface finishes where a dependable foundation is required.
